Eternal Well of Life

About Us

We were all given bodies. Almost none of us were taught how they work.

Eternal Well of Life Health and Wellness Center exists to close that gap — plainly, patiently, and at no cost.

Our Mission

To teach whole-person health — body, mind and spirit — to the people most often left out of the conversation.

We are a faith-integrated nonprofit health education organization serving Metro Atlanta and beyond. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. We teach. We take what medicine understands about the body, what trauma science understands about stress and recovery, and what Scripture says about the God who authored both — and we render all of it in language an ordinary person can use on an ordinary Tuesday.

Everything we offer is provided without cost to the individuals, congregations, and community organizations we serve.

Why We Exist

The gap is not knowledge. It is translation.

The knowledge is not missing. It resides in medical journals, in clinical training, in decades of research on trauma, inflammation and the nervous system. What is missing, for most people, is anyone willing to translate it for them.

And so people spend decades inhabiting bodies they experience as unpredictable, even hostile — fluent in their symptoms, strangers to their causes. They are told their labs are normal while they feel unwell. They are handed a diagnosis without an explanation. They carry grief in the chest and stress in the gut and are never told that those are not figures of speech.

In communities where trust in medicine was forfeited rather than freely given, the distance is wider still, and it is measured in years of life.

We hold that a person who understands their own body stops feeling helpless and begins to feel capable. That shift is where health begins.

What We Believe About Health

The body is not the enemy

Symptoms are signals, not betrayals. A nervous system held in alarm is doing precisely what it learned to do to keep someone alive. Healing begins by reading the signal rather than fighting it.

Health is whole or it is partial

Body, mind and spirit are not three separate departments. Grief moves blood pressure. Isolation moves immunity. Peace is physiological. We teach them together because they are lived together.

Cost should never be the barrier

Our nutrition teaching is built on canned fish, frozen greens, dried beans and oats — food a family on a strict budget can actually put in a cart. Guidance no one can afford is not guidance.

Faith belongs in the room

For the people we serve, faith is not an addition to health; it is where their strength already lives. We teach Scripture alongside anatomy because that is how this community actually heals.

What We Do Not Do

We are educators. We are not your clinicians.

This is worth stating without hedging. Eternal Well of Life does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not practice medicine, nursing, dietetics, psychotherapy, or counseling. Nothing we teach substitutes for care from a licensed provider, and we ask every participant to carry what they learn to their own physician — alongside that care, never in place of it.

Where someone needs clinical attention, our work is to help them recognize it and move toward it. Not to stand in for it.

Leadership

Who is accountable

Eternal Well of Life Health and Wellness Center is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors with a majority of independent members. The Board meets quarterly and convenes special meetings as business requires.

Dina Skyy Williamson

Founder & President

A certified health coach, wellness curriculum architect, trauma-informed educator and faith-based community health advocate. She wrote The Divine Design curriculum and founded the organization to place it in the hands of people who could not otherwise reach it. She receives no compensation from the organization.

Ana Mayleen Maldonado-Ocasio

Vice President

Serves on the Board and in the officer role, with particular attention to the organization's accountability and safeguarding practices.

Governance & Transparency

Our paperwork is in order, and we will show it to you

Trust, in a young organization, is earned less by ambition than by rigor in the unglamorous places. Ours is documented.

  • A Georgia nonprofit corporation and a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. EIN 41-5111121. Exemption effective March 25, 2026.
  • Classified under Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) as a publicly supported charity rather than a private foundation.
  • A Conflict of Interest Policy adopted by the Board, with annual written disclosures from every director.
  • A Firewall Policy governing our relationship with the separate for-profit entity our founder owns: the Center pays it nothing and shares no revenue with it. Any transaction between them requires full Board review with the interested party recused.
  • Whistleblower, Document Retention and Gift Acceptance Policies adopted by the Board — to protect those who raise concerns, to govern what we keep, and to set the standard for what we accept.

Copies of our governing documents and policies are available on request.

Come learn how you work.

Whether you are one person tired of not understanding your own body, or a congregation asking how to care well for its people, there is a way in.
