Privacy Policy

Last updated October 7, 2026. This explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

The organization behind this website

Eternal Well of Life Health and Wellness Center, Inc. is a Georgia nonprofit corporation and a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our EIN is 41-5111121. Our office is at 8735 Dunwoody Place, Suite 12187, Atlanta, Georgia 30350. You can reach us at dw@eternalwelloflife.org or 470-852-3119.

This policy covers eternalwelloflife.org and the programs we deliver, including The Divine Design Community Edition.

The Divine Design Method is a separate company with its own website and its own privacy policy. This policy does not cover divinedesignmethod.com.

What we collect

When you apply for free access

Your name and email address.
Your city and state.
What brought you to this work, in your own words.
Whether cost is a barrier for you right now.
Your acknowledgement that this is health education and not medical care.

When you take a course

Your name and email address for your account.
Which lessons you have opened and completed.
Anything you type into the course.

When you contact us

Your name, your email address, and whatever you write to us.

When you give

Your name, email address, mailing address, and the amount and date of your gift.
Our payment processor handles your card information. We never see or store your full card number.

When you visit this website

Standard technical information our website host records, such as your IP address, your browser type, and the pages you opened.

When we email you

Whether you opened the email and whether you clicked a link inside it.

How we use it

Why we collect any of this

To decide whether we can offer you free access, and to tell you the answer.
To give you your course and your login.
To answer you when you write to us.
To thank you for a gift and send the receipt you need for your taxes.
To report to funders how many people we served. Those reports use counts and general patterns. They do not name you.
To make the teaching better.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of companies to run our work. Each one receives only what it needs, and only in order to provide its service.

Kajabi hosts our courses, our application form, and our email.
Webflow hosts this website.
Google reCAPTCHA checks that our forms are being filled out by a person and not by a bot.
Google Workspace holds our email and our documents.
Our payment processor handles gifts.

We may also share information when the law requires it, for example in response to a lawful request from a government authority.

What we will never do

We will never sell your personal information.
We will never rent or trade it.
We will never tell a funder or a partner organization that you personally applied, or what you wrote to us about your situation.
We will never require a gift, a payment, or a purchase in exchange for free access.

Your part in this

A word about health information

We are a teaching organization. We are not a doctor's office, a clinic, or a health plan, and we are not a covered entity under HIPAA. What you share with us is not protected health information under that law.

Please do not send us medical records, test results, or diagnoses. You do not need to share any of that to receive this teaching. If you tell us something about your health anyway, we treat it with care and we hold it in confidence, but we would rather you kept it.

Children

Our programs are written for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you.
You can ask us to correct it.
You can ask us to delete it, unless we are required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send, and we will stop.

Write to dw@eternalwelloflife.org and we will respond within thirty days.

How long we keep it

We keep application and program records for as long as we are running the program and reporting on it. We keep records of gifts for as long as nonprofit tax rules require. When we no longer need something, we delete it.

How we protect it

We use established providers, and we limit how many people on our side can see your information. No system anywhere is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we will say so by email.
