Eternal Well of Life

Our Programs

The Divine Design — Community Edition

Twenty weeks. Twenty modules. One body system at a time — taught in plain language, anchored in Scripture, and offered free.

What It Is

A twenty-week guided journey through your own body

Most health programs start with what to do. This one starts with how you work. Each week takes one system of the human body — the nervous system, the heart, the gut, the liver, the immune system — and explains it the way you would explain it to someone you love: clearly, without jargon, and without talking down.

Then it goes further than anatomy. Each module connects that system to the emotional and spiritual weight it carries, because the body does not separate them. The chapter on the liver is also about anger and forgiveness. The chapter on the lungs is also about grief and letting go. That is not poetry. It is how people actually experience their bodies.

Every module includes six lessons, a Scripture anchor, budget-conscious food guidance, a small weekly practice, and a moment of reflection.

The Structure

Five seasons, twenty modules

The curriculum moves in a deliberate order — from the systems people feel every day, inward to the ones that govern them, and outward again to wholeness.

Season One — Your Foundation

The systems you feel every day. Your body's alarm system and the nervous system behind it. Your heart, and what love and grief do to it. Your gut, and why it is called the second brain. Your breath, and how letting go is physical.

Season Two — Your Inner Command

The systems that quietly run the rest. Your mind and the renewing of it. Your hormones, stress and rest. Your defense system and what it means to be protected. Your liver, anger, and cleansing.

Season Three — Your Flow & Frame

Movement and structure. Your lymphatic flow and living water. Your muscles and bones, strength and laying down the load. Your kidneys, fear and trust. Your body's design, worth and being wonderfully made.

Season Four — Your Cover & Life-Force

What covers and carries you. Your skin and healthy boundaries. Your blood, life and legacy. Your senses, perception and stillness. The gut-brain connection, wisdom and clarity.

Season Five — Your Wholeness

Putting it together. Calming chronic inflammation. Healing from trauma and making peace with the past. Spiritual strength. And living the Divine Design — wholeness, abundant life, and going forward.

Inside Every Module

How it works, in plain words

The anatomy and physiology of one system, explained without medical vocabulary. No prior knowledge assumed, ever.

What happens under stress

How trauma, chronic stress and grief show up in that specific system — and why the symptoms are not imagined.

A Scripture anchor

What God says about this part of you, and a daily affirmation to carry through the week.

Food you can actually afford

Everyday, low-cost foods that support that system. Canned fish, frozen greens, dried beans, oats. Nothing exotic.

One small practice

A single achievable step for the week. Not a lifestyle overhaul — one thing, done gently, repeatedly.

A moment to reflect

Questions to sit with, and a marker of progress. Twenty weeks of small steps is how change actually holds.

Who It Is For

Written for men and women who were told they were fine

For the person whose labs came back normal while they still felt unwell. For the one managing blood pressure or blood sugar who was handed a prescription and no explanation. For anyone carrying something old in their body and no language for it.

It is written at a reading level anyone can meet, and it assumes no medical background whatsoever. Organizations use it across men's ministries, women's ministries, staff wellbeing, small groups, recovery programs and new-member classes.

How It Is Delivered

Three ways to walk through it

  • On your own, week by week, at whatever pace your life allows.
  • In a small group, with someone facilitating — the way most people finish it.
  • Through a partner organization that brings it to a whole congregation, staff or community program.

Through the Center, the Community Edition is provided at no cost to participants and to partner organizations serving underserved communities. We are able to do that because the curriculum was donated to this organization rather than sold to it.

Important

This is health education, not medical care

The Divine Design — Community Edition does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not medical nutrition therapy, counseling, or psychotherapy. It does not replace care from a licensed provider.

Several modules touch grief, trauma, shame and abuse. That is intentional — those things live in the body — but it can bring hard material to the surface. Participants are encouraged throughout to reach out to a pastor, a licensed counselor, or a crisis line, and to talk with their own physician or pharmacist before changing diet, exercise, supplements or medication.

Twenty weeks from now, you could understand your own body.
